AkolagTech Payments - How do I make a payment for my services or products?

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY AKOLAGTECH'S HOSTING PLAN,  PRODUCTS, OTHERS SERVICES OR RENEW MY PLAN?

AkolagTech allows multiple forms of payments for our services, products, and solutions. We provide different methods for our clients to make payments either online, offline. We make our clients' transactions on our website secure and straightforward.

AkolagTech Payment

At the moment, we accept US Dollar and Nigeria Naira, and you can make your payment with either one. 

For US Dollar you can pay with Paypal (PayPal) and for Nigeria, the default online payment is Paystack (Paystack)

ONLINE PAYMENT

  • We collect online payment via our secure payment gateway; we partner with an online payment gateway company  (Paystack, PayPal) and use a safe payment method
  • Our clients' data are safe with us, and the information is encrypted in transit during your transaction on our website
  • Our payment site is secure with SSL certificates, click here to learn more about SSL certificate
  • You can pay with your bank account and card(debit, atm, credit card)
  • How to make payment online? 
    • Login into your account https://akolagtech.com/login or click here to access your invoice
    • Click on "BILLING" from the menu, and select "My invoices" from the dropdown menu as shown below
    • Click the invoice you would like to make payment for
    • You will be directed to the invoice page, click the "Pay Now" or "PayPal Check Out" button at the top right of the invoice below "UNPAID." as shown below
    • There will be a prompt to make the payment either by card, bank, Visa QR, which is secure by "Paystack" or "Paypal" as shown below

OFFLINE PAYMENT/BANK TRANSFER

  • If you are paying offline, we accept bank transfer, and we refer to this as Mail-in payment.
  • In your invoice, we provide the Bank name and account number of our bank for bank transfer
  • How to make the payment offline? 
    • Login in to your account https://akolagtech.com/login or click here to access your invoice
    • Click on "BILLING" from the menu, and select "My invoices" from the dropdown menu.
    • Click the invoice you would like to make payment for 
    • You will be directed to the invoice page where you will see our bank transfer information at the top right of the invoice below "UNPAID."

  • For offline payment, once you make the bank transfer payment, please take the screenshot or reference number and name of the payee so we can quickly process your order by contacting our sale representative or customer care
