How to access your cPanel Webmail directly using your domain name?

• Access via Webmail directly
  • Note: By default, if you are hosting with us, your AkolagTech's cPanel hosting comes with a default email account and its usually your cPanel username, and the same password 
    • Example: username@example.com
    • The information about how to create a new email account click here
    • Note: if we create an email account for you per your request you should get an email invitation about the instruction on how to create a new password or get your temporary password in your email, and you must create your new password within 24hours or the invitation will expire
  • To access Webmail directly, navigate to
    • Log in to your webmail directly with your domain name example: www.example.com/webmail or www.example.com:2096
    • Where example.com represents your email address's domain. 
  • The login prompt should look like this:

  • Choose a Default Webmail Application if it is the first time you are trying to access your webmail
  • You can choose either "Horde" or "roundcube" 
    • We recommend "roudcube" 
  • You can always change your password or default webmail application by clicking on your webmail login profile at the top right beside "LOGOUT" menu
    • Click on the drop-down arrow next to your login profile --> Select "Password & Security" to change password
    • Click on the drop-down arrow next to your login profile --> Select  either "Horde" or "Roundcube" to change default webmail application

  • Log in to your account by going to https://akolagtech.com/login or click here 
  • Click on Services or from the menu above under "Services", then "My Services"
  • Click on your plan/service to access your hosting plan/subscription, Note: Need to click on the plan, not the website URL link
  • Under the "Actions" left side navigation click on "Login to Webmail" This will take you to webmail directly https://cp.akolag.com:2096
  • If your email is not set up you can click under "Email Accounts" under "Quick Shortcuts"  to set up the new email account
• Accessing Webmail from cPanel
  • You can log in directly to your Cpanel via  https://cp.akolag.com/webmail  or  https://cp.akolag.com:2083
  • You can also login to your Cpanel using your domain example: https://mydomain.com:2083 replace "mydomain" with your own domain name
  • You can also access your Cpanel from single sign-on page 
    • Log in to your account by going to https://akolagtech.com/login or click here 
    • Click on Services or from the menu above under "Services", then "My Services"
    • Click on your plan/service to access your hosting plan/subscription, Note: Need to click on the plan, not the website URL link
    • Under the "Actions" left side navigation click on "Login to Cpanel" This will take you to Cpanel account 
  • Navigate to the Email section and click "Email Accounts" as shown below:

• To access Webmail via the cPanel interface, navigate to cPanel's Email Accounts interface (cPanel >> Home  >> Email >> Email Accounts). Then, in the Email Accounts tab, locate the email account in the list and click Access Webmail. The Webmail interface will open in a new browser tab.
