To upgrade my service, hosting plan, buy more resources such as storage, bandwidth, place a new order from cPanel or client portal

To avoid a service disruption, we provide a simple way of upgrading your plan or service. We will notify our clients if they are running out of resources or need to upgrade their plan for better performance.

If you get an email notification about your plan usage running out of resources similar to this:

 "Disk quota notification for “user”. or "Bandwidth quota notification for “user”.

This is a warning that you need to upgrade or add more resource to your plan

Please follow the following steps in upgrading your plan, such as adding more storage, bandwidth and more

To upgrade from your cPanel please follow the steps below

• Accessing AkolagTech's cPanel
  • To login directly to your cPanel, you can log in directly to your cPanel via  https://cp.akolag.com:2083
  • You can also login to your cPanel using your domain example: https://mydomain.com:2083 replace "mydomain" with your own domain name
  • From the cPanel menu under "BILLING & SUPPORT" as shown below
  • 
  • Click on "Upgrade/Downgrade" icon as shown above and this will redirect you to the shopping page for "Upgrade/Downgrade" or click on the main menu "SERVICES" to upgrade your plan to different plan
  • To add additional storage, bandwidth, etc without an upgrade to a new plan click on "SERVICES" then "View Available Addons"
  • Click on "Order Now" and proceed the steps to checkout

• Log in to your account by going to https://akolagtech.com/login or click here 

Addon or upgrade such as storage, bandwidth, and others

• STEP 1:
• From Top Menu "SERVICES" --> "View Available Addons"
• 
• Then select the addon for your upgrade (storage, bandwidth, etc)
• Click on "Order Now" and proceed the steps to checkout
• To upgrade to new plan follow the step above from the left side of the client's portal under "Actions" click on "Upgrade/Downgrade"  and select the new plan and click "choose product" and follow the steps, your total due will reflect the difference in your current price and the upgrade price 
• "Upgrade price is calculated from a credit of the unused portion of the current plan and billing of the new plan for the"
• STEP 2
• An alternative is to click on "View Available Addons" from the left side among the lists of menus under "+ Actions."
• Click on "Order Now" and proceed the steps to checkout
• 
• STEP 3
  • Portal Home --> Client Area --> My Products & Services --> Product Details
• Click on Services or from the menu above under "Services", then "My Services"
• Click on your plan/service to access your hosting plan/subscription, Note: Need to click on the plan, not the website URL link
• This should be under these menus
• From the "Addons & Extras" section as shown below select the add on storage/bandwidth or others
•  
• Click on "Purchase & Activate" button to add the selection to the shopping cart
• Proceed to checkout and make the payment
• Once we receive the order and payment, we will proceed to process the order, and your new added upgrade will reflect on your account once you log in or refresh your web browser
• Please allow some time for the new upgrade to show up in your account, and we recommend that you log out and log in again or refresh your browser once we process your order

To place a new order or buy new plans service

• Please follow the same step above but click on Top Menu "SERVICES" --> "Order New Services"
• Note: If you are redirected to the "AKT - Web Hosting" Ordering page, click on "Show Menu." button and choose the order you would like to place from the drop-down lists  
• 
• Click on "Order Now" and proceed the steps to checkout

Placing the order for add on and new order offline
