How to install a new theme for WordPress saved on your PC (USING CPANEL)
Provided you have the theme saved in your PC, you can easily upload it by following these steps:
- Log in to your Cpanel account
- Navigate to the FILES section, select FILE MANAGER
- Select and Open the public_html
- Select and Open the wp-content
- Click on the upload button and select the theme you want to upload from your PC.
- Ensure the uploaded theme shows a green color and is 100% uploaded, click the go backlink below.
- Right-click on the uploaded theme and select extract
- Access your WordPress Admin Dashboard then and navigate to Appearance >> Themes. Find a new theme you extracted and activate it.
