Note: Your email should be working by default once you host your website or email with us(AkolagTech)

1. Testing outgoing email from your cPanel
1. Check if you can send an email to another email provider by sending an email from your cPanel hosting; if you do not have your email set up, please follow the steps from this link: https://akolagtech.com/aktcs/knowledgebase/25/How-would-i-create-and-access-my-email-account-for-my-hosting-planorcPanel----with-web-browser-mail-client-or-mobile-phone.html
2. After you have sent the email, confirm that the recipient received the email.
3. Note: Ask the recipient to check their spam mailbox; sometimes, some email hosting like Gmail can mark specific email providers as spam
4. If these steps fail, reach out to our tech support for help.
2.  Testing incoming emails from another email provider
1. Follow the same steps above by sending emails from another email provider like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
2. If you have a problem receiving the email, check your email settings and reach out to our support.
3. If you are having an issue with WordPress, plugins, WooCommerce, or another third-party app
1.  If steps 1 and 2 work fine, you do not have an email issue; the issue is related to your website setup. Please refer to the third-party plugins or app documentation for troubleshooting email notifications. This is usually related to your application settings

   Note: you can use another plugin to accomplish this, but the most important thing is to allow your WordPress/Website to send out an email on your behalf
