- Testing outgoing email from your cPanel

- After you have sent the email, confirm that the recipient received the email.
- Note: Ask the recipient to check their spam mailbox; sometimes, some email hosting like Gmail can mark specific email providers as spam
- If these steps fail, reach out to our tech support for help.
- Testing incoming emails from another email provider
- Follow the same steps above by sending emails from another email provider like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
- If you have a problem receiving the email, check your email settings and reach out to our support.
- If you are having an issue with WordPress, plugins, WooCommerce, or another third-party app
- If steps 1 and 2 work fine, you do not have an email issue; the issue is related to your website setup. Please refer to the third-party plugins or app documentation for troubleshooting email notifications. This is usually related to your application settings
