AKOLAGTECH'S CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS

Thanks for signing up for our service, solution or product

We make the onboarding process easy via our online client's portal. The online portal is a single sign-on

AkolagTech's single sign-on allows our clients to access their services and products from the single sign-on page and this allows you to log in once and never have to re-login each time you have to access our services or solutions, products, and support.

You only sign in once and have access to all your subscriptions, products or plans:

• Services and products
• Hosting, Domains, cPanel, emails, files, software, website builder,
• Invoice, make payment
• Payment reminder
• Upgrade, order new products or services
• Automated provision of your orders
• Open a support ticket and more

Note: This onboarding process is after the client choose the service/product, agree to terms of proposal and payment

A client can follow our self-service E-commerce website to place order and make payment

Also, we can help our clients place an order offline, provision and set up the product/service

Note: We encourage our client to use our portal to place an order, upgrade, make payment(either one-time or recurring payment) and submit a support ticket

  • Click on Services or from the menu above under "SERVICES", then "My Services" as shown below:
