Payment workload automation for a cash-management client
Built an automation system that calculates total payment processes, auto-generates result files, FTPs them to the client, and sends automated email delivery of the results — eliminating manual data entry from a recurring lockbox/cash-management workload.
Cloud migration & private cloud
Migrated on-premise Windows production servers to AkolagTech's private cloud — full transfer of applications, files, DNS, email, and databases — then built 2ndFoundation their own private-cloud console for self-service.

Zero-downtime platform modernization
Migrated production Linux servers from a 32-bit to a 64-bit platform under a client-mandated near-zero-downtime constraint — full DB backup, directory transfer, compatible-software reinstall, and a scripted cutover.
Fully functioning upgraded platform, automated backup/recovery process left in place.

Challenge
A growing team needed one system for staff management, training, deal tracking, and delivery workflows — instead of scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Challenge
Shipping software safely across multiple production systems needs consistent, low-risk releases — without a human babysitting every deploy.
What we built
An AI-agent-driven CI/CD control plane with blue/green deployments, automatic rollback, commit-anchored releases, and fleet-wide monitoring — human approval gates every critical action.

AI-Native Billing & Invoicing SaaS
Challenge
Small businesses need billing and invoicing software that doesn't require an accountant to run, with modern usage-based pricing options.
What we built
A multi-tenant SaaS platform for automated invoicing, AI-assisted billing and usage metering, and integrated lead capture — designed and built in-house.

Challenge

Fleet Monitoring & AI Cost-Governance Platform
Challenge
Running multiple production systems means uptime, email deliverability, and AI/API spend can quietly degrade or spike before anyone notices.
What we built
A monitoring platform covering uptime, server health, and email deliverability, paired with an AI cost-governance layer that tracks LLM/API spend and alerts before budgets are blown.
Impact
Issues get caught and alerted on before they become incidents, and AI spend stays visible and capped instead of a surprise bill.
Autonomous AI Operations / Self-Healing Infrastructure
Challenge
Infrastructure issues — bad config, resource exhaustion, failed services — were being caught reactively, after impact, by a human watching dashboards.
What we built
An agentic detect-diagnose-repair-redeploy loop that watches production systems, proposes or takes corrective action, and escalates to a human when a fix needs approval.
Impact
Faster time-to-resolution on known failure patterns, with humans focused on the exceptions instead of the routine.
Network PXE Boot & Automated Fleet Provisioning
Challenge
Provisioning machines by hand — one at a time, with manual OS installs — didn't scale as the fleet grew.
What we built
A network PXE boot setup with automated, unattended provisioning, so new machines join the fleet with a consistent, repeatable base image.
Impact
Fleet provisioning that used to take manual per-machine effort now runs unattended and consistently.
AI Website Assistant & Conversational Lead Qualification
Challenge
Visitors had questions a static website couldn't answer, and leads were falling through the cracks outside business hours.
What we built
An AI assistant embedded directly on our own production sites — answering visitor questions in real time and routing qualified interest into the lead pipeline.

Agentic Synthetic QA & Workflow Monitoring
Challenge
Critical user workflows — signup, checkout, key conversion paths — can silently break in production without anyone noticing until a customer complains.
What we built
Agentic synthetic QA probes that run real end-to-end workflows against live systems on a schedule, using ephemeral test accounts, asserting every step, and alerting immediately on failure.
Impact
Critical workflows are continuously verified in production, catching regressions before customers do.
AI & SEO Visibility Tools Suite
Challenge
Businesses increasingly need to be visible not just in search engines but to AI answer engines — and most have no idea where they stand.
What we built
A suite of free AI and SEO tools — structured-data generators, an AI-visibility grader, and llms.txt generation — built to help any site improve how AI systems and search engines understand it.

AI-Assisted Content Publishing Pipeline
Challenge
Producing a steady stream of quality content is hard to sustain without either burning out a writer or publishing something ungoverned.
