CloudAudit — Multi-Cloud Security, Cost & Performance Audit

One audit across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud — where you're exposed, where you're overspending, and where you're slow.

The problem

Multi-cloud environments drift in different directions — each provider has its own console, its own blind spots, and no one has a single, ranked view of risk, waste, and slow spots across all of them.

The outcome

A single, prioritized CloudAudit report covering security exposure, cost waste, and performance bottlenecks across every cloud you run — AWS first, Azure and Google Cloud included — with a clear remediation order.

What it is

CloudAudit is a fixed-scope engagement that answers one question with evidence, across every cloud you run: where are we exposed, where are we wasting money, and where are we slow — and in what order should we fix it?

Most teams that run more than one cloud provider get separate, inconsistent pictures of risk and spend from each vendor’s own console. CloudAudit consolidates security, cost, and performance findings from AWS (our strongest practice), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud into one ranked report — so you’re acting on the highest-impact issue first, regardless of which cloud it’s on.

What we look at

  • Security — IAM/identity and access, public exposure, network configuration, encryption at rest and in transit, logging and audit trails — reviewed per provider using each one’s own security model.
  • Cost — idle and orphaned resources, over-provisioned compute and storage, and commitment/reservation opportunities, broken down by provider and service.
  • Performance — latency, single points of failure, and scaling limits that affect reliability under real load.

How it works

  1. Scoping — we agree which cloud accounts and workloads are in scope (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or a mix).
  2. Audit — read-only review across identity, network, cost, and performance for each cloud, using both native tooling and manual analysis.
  3. Consolidated report — one severity-ranked findings report spanning every cloud in scope, not a stack of separate vendor reports.
  4. Roadmap — a 90-day, prioritized action plan sequencing the highest-impact fixes first, whichever cloud they’re on.

Who it’s for

Teams on AWS who want a fast, evidence-based read on security, cost, and performance — and teams running Azure or Google Cloud alongside (or instead of) AWS who want that same rigor without hiring a specialist for each provider.

AkolagTech is AWS-first — it’s our deepest, most active practice — and we also architect, secure, and audit Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. CloudAudit is the fastest way to get a clear, ranked picture of your cloud estate before committing to a deeper engagement. Pairs naturally with our AWS Architecture Review, Cloud Security Assessment, and Cloud Cost Optimization Assessment for a deeper single-provider pass.
